The detoxification process

Detoxification is the process of removing wastes and toxins that have accumulated inside our body. The toxins and wastes that have accumulated is the result of years of eating unhealthy foods and drinks.

The toxins that are present in our intestines cannot be removed immediately unless we take drastic measures.  Most of the time, the amount of toxins in our body is too much that layers of waste form in our intestines. The best way to remove these wastes is by changing our eating habits.

The best eating habit to adopt to detoxify our body is by eating organic foods. Organic foods are those which are produced without using pesticides, herbicides,insecticides and other chemicals  made by man. Organic foods include fruits, vegetables, meat, fish and poultry that are raised or grown the organic way.

Although organic foods are very helpful in detoxifying the body, it has its disadvantages. One disadvantage of organic foods is that they are expensive. The organic farm inputs used to produce organic foods are expensive which is the main reason for its high price. Another disadvantage of organic foods is their low supply. Organic foods cannot be mass produced because the inputs used on them takes time to make.

But we have to be thankful because there are now new ways to detoxify our body. By strictly following a lemonade diet, we can achieve a clean and detoxified body within months. This is because the lemonade diet contains ingredients that melt the accumulated toxins in our intestines.
